The Sidney Historical Assoc. ( http://www.sidneyonline.com/sha.htm ) was a gold mine of historical information alone with the resident miner, Chris Smith present. Capt Fox is a favorite subject of mine. The files contained many relevant clippings and pictures. Two exceptional items were; Gen'l Order #1 ( June 1, 1917) (twp pages) in excellent condition, and a letter dated 1964 written by then Dr.Chandler to retired Capt. Fox (he died 1965) mentioning a visit from Supt. Cornelius, Kerwin and McGuire.
